Sticky Note Coaching & Consulting was born out of a desire to help individuals and organisations realise their potential. Sticky notes are a favourite tool of ours because they are a flexible and efficient way to capture ideas and make them visible – qualities that we seek to embody in our services.
Clare Conroy
Clare is a certified organisational coach and specialises in coaching individuals through career transition – from first jobs, to stepping up to leadership roles, to returning to work post-parental leave, to preparing for late career-transition/retirement.
Clare is also an experienced trainer, facilitator and event producer. A master at herding people, juggling to-dos, and keeping a handle on moving parts, Clare has produced highly successful workshops and events that get people connecting and thinking (including TEDxCanberra and the YWCA of Canberra’s She Leads Conference).
Clare’s work experience spans human resource, change management, business process improvement and regulatory roles in the government, not-for-profit and private sectors.
Clare lived, studied and worked in Canberra for over 20 years, but has had a recent sea-change and is now facilitating and coaching remotely from the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia (on Kaurna land).
Her relevant qualifications and credentials include:
- Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – International Coaching Federation
- Certified Organisational Coach, Level 2, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership
- Certified Designing Your Life coach
